Join us Sunday for EASTER!
Join us on Easter for our Celebration Service. We have a special service planned to celebrate how Jesus conquered Death and wants to Reign over our lives. Stay after service for an Easter Egg Hunt for the kids and a “Soda Bar” for the adults. You won’t want to miss it.
March 31st BC Outreach to Homeless…
We will be feeding the homeless breakfast at 6:45AM on Saturday March 31st at 501 15th ST in Virginia Beach. We are partnering with PIN (People in Need) and afterword are going to paint the fellowship hall at the Church that PIN uses to feed the homeless. Let’s be a blessing to the homeless, PIN, and the Church that hosts them every week. Let’s be the Kingdom of God!
Get on “The Road” (Watch Sermons)
Join us on Sunday’s at 10AM at Tallwood Elementary School as we walk through the book of Romans and learn what it means to be on “The Road”.
BROADCAST IS 2 YEARS OLD (FEB. 12TH)
Join us February 12th for our Birthday Celebration. We will have Blow up games for the kids, live music, cake, and so much fun. Service will run like normal but we will have NO child care. We want our kids in the service for music and celebration. WE also will be honoring our volunteers. Come celebrate what God has done over the last 2 years with us. Where some “play” shoes and clothes as we will be having FUN! We rented blow up games for the adults and the kids. We will have a Birthday Cake and so much fun for everybody! Hope you will bring your friends and family to share in the Fun with us!
Care Packages for our Military
We are going to send care packages to 18 men from Navy Mobile Diving and Salvage Unit Two Team 2-5. We are gathering items for them and will put the packages together on Feb. 4th at 10AM at the Church office. Please help us be a blessing. 2 of the men and their families attend Broadcast Church.

Dec. 10th Outreach Project
Please sign up to help. We will need volunteers to bring food and made goodie bags for the kids who will attend. Watch the video to see what it is all about. We will need help transforming the Church office.
PIN Ministry (Please Bring To Church)
We are going to be doing a SOCK drive for PIN ministry. They are a homeless ministry in Virginia Beach. They have a service and each week give socks to anybody in need. We are hoping to replenish their stock! Please bring a NEW bag of socks to service this week!
Supply List for Crisis Pregnancy Center
PLEASE BRING TO CHURCH IN THE MONTH OF DECEMBER! We will be gathering supplies for the Crisis Pregnancy Center. Please take a look at the list and donate any GENTLY USED items or go and purchase some new items. I know they would appreciate anything you can do to help make these new moms feel adequate enough to provide for a NEW BABY. Be Generous!
FREE Nutrition Class…Nov. 16th @ 7PM
Don’t put on the usual 10lbs at the holidays. You can eat and still have a good time, you just have to know WHAT to eat. We have a certified trainer going to come and talk to us about what NOT to eat these upcoming holidays. I hope you will come and check it out. Will be November 16th @ 7PM at the Church office.

Spaghetti dinner, for homeless (Oct. 29th)
Our October “love our city” project will be feeding the homeless a spaghetti dinner at JCOC.
LifeShape Small Group starts Tuesday, 7PM
Join us Every Tuesday for 8 weeks as we look at these Shapes to help form and shape us into the likeness of Christ and will help you with your walk. It will also give you the tools to help train others to be disciples of Jesus Christ.
Come Celebrate the New School year with us! SEPT. 17TH
We will have Live music, Bounce houses, (Blow up) obstacle course, Cake walk, and Free Food at 5:30PM. Please come and bring in the new School year with a Blast. School will have been in a few weeks, so it will be a GREAT break for you and the family! We also will be collecting socks for PIN ministry and be giving away Grand Prizes at 6PM. Hope you can be there!

What is “The Mission” of the Church? What is the mission of this Church? Let’s see what the word says and how we can “LIVE IT” on a daily basis! Starts September 4th.
BC Connect…Aug. 31st
GET PLUGGED IN. BC Connect is an event designed for you to get to know and fellowship with others who attend Broadcast Church. We come together and fellowship over food. The next BC Connect event is scheduled for Aug. 31st at 6:30PM at the Church office (1451 Kempsville Rd, Chesapeake) If you can’t come right at 6:30, that’s ok, just come. It’s a come and go event. Totally fellowship!
New Series on Sunday… Study of 1 Samuel
We went through the book of Judges, now we are going to look at 1 Samuel. Learn how to hear God’s voice, learn what it means to be a true friend, and how God wants to be the King of your life! Hope you will join us for our new Series “Give us a King”.
Serve the City: June 20th – 24th
Let’s Serve our Community. Can you paint, sheet rock, demolition, clean, help with VBS? We need everyone’s help. We are partnering with over 20 Churches form the area to help people in need. Will you help us the Week of June 20th-24th? WE are going to have a prayer walk in the neighborhood June 5th @ 6PM.
Want to Help…Tornado Relief for Alabama
Help us partner with a Wesleyan Church in Alabama to provide aid and food to the victims of the tornando that hit last week. Donate!
Easter Pictures…Live Painting

Join us for Easter
We are Celebrating this week! We are having a live Painting going on during the service. We are having an Easter Egg Hunt for all our families following the service. We also are having a Soda Bar and snacks after service to celebrate our Risen Savior. Invite your friends, your neighbors, and family to this special Event. If you would like to take Communion we are going to take Communion at 9AM before service starts. It will be a VERY special service. Come Celebrate with us!
Family life Group – Wed. 6:30-7:30PM
For the next 7 Weeks we are going to be having a Family Life Group at the Church office. If your children are between the age of 1 and 12 year old, please bring them. We will have music, skits, and a breakout time. The adults will also have a breakout time where we will help each other with Parenting tips. Please bring your whole family out to have fun and learn more about the Bible.
BC MUG SHOT COMPETITION
Every week we give out BC Mugs to our first time guests. We want to see where you take your mug. To work, to school, to the park, at home! We want to see where our mugs go. Every week we will have a winner and at the end of the month we will pick a monthly winner from the weekly winners for a GRAND PRIZE. This will be a lot of fun. March 13th Night of Worship
The Broadcast Band and Pastor Jess will be traveling to Williamsburg to Christ Community Church March the 13th at 6PM for a NIGHT OF WORSHIP. CCC helps Broadcast and this is a way to say “thank you” for everything they do. We are also inviting about 5 other Churches to attend. We would love for you to be there too! Click for more info!

February 6th, 2011 we will celebrate our 1 Year Anniversary! We are 1 year old. Can you believe it? We have seen so many wonderful events at Broadcast. Please share your fondest memory here!
BC gives Back…
Way to go Broadcast Church. We were able to get many pairs of socks for PIN ministry. I haven’t had a chance to count how many pairs, but it was enough to fill the back seat of Charity’s car. Also we recieved donations of 2 really nice strollers and many sets of clothing and supplies for the Crisis Pregnancy Center. Way to go Broadcast Church!

Help Serve At BC!
After last weeks message we are asking you to GET INVOLVED! If you don’t know where you can help we are offering FREE spiritual gift tests this Wednesday at the Church office. This will help you find out what natural gifts that God has given you and where you can use them in the Church. Please come out at 7PM and GET INVOLVED!

Fire trucks, carnival games, relay races, giveaways, music, Pizza, A movie and a Wii give a way. You can’t beat that and it’s all FREE. Please come and invite a friend!
